History

Founded in 1991 as Allied Protection Services, Allegiance Security Group grew over the next fifteen years into a major provider of security services in the Southeast. The company rapidly expanded to a number of clients in several markets serving industrial, government and planned residential communities. As the company expanded outside the Southeast it made use of the brand name Allegiance Security. The company has expanded to over 3,200 team members serving clients from nineteen branch offices. In 2006, management teamed up with Trivest Partners, LP, one of the oldest, largest and most successful equity funds in the Southeast. This has provided Allegiance with the resources for continued growth as well as an expanded management team with a wealth of industry experience.
